• When booking only1 night 100% deposit is required
• 50% deposit required when making a booking for more then 1 night, balance to be paid 24hrs before arrival
• Card facilities available
• Proof of payment to be emailed to: bookings@adderleyhouse.co.za
• Please note that a reservation is not guaranteed until deposit requirement has been met
• Adderley House Guest Accommodation reserves the right to cancel a booking automatically if the required deposit has not been met

• Cancellation must be confirmed in writing
• A 25% fee will apply to any bookings cancelled 30 days prior to arrival
• A 50% fee will apply to any booking cancelled 15 - 29 days prior to arrival.
• A 100% fee will apply to any booking cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival.

Check in: between 14:00 and 19:00 (later arrivals by arrangement only)
Check out: 10am (strictly)

• No smoking, Vaping, Hubbly indoors
• Respect quiet hours from 11pm to 7 am
• No parties, events or loud music
• No private quest allowed unless arranged
• No Pets allowed
• No visiting guest to park on premises
• We pride ourselves in giving the best service to our guest, please feel free to get in contact with the host if anything is not of a clean, neat and fresh standard.

• Children under the age of 13 should be accompanied by an adult in rooms
• Children under the age of 13 stay free
• Children are not allowed to climb on the furniture
